The blade is sharp enough to glide effortlessly through fruit and vegetables, but not as sharp as kitchen knives for adults. Protection comes from a handle that curves downwards, acting like a forged full bolster with a rounded tip to protect little fingers from injury. The handle is ergonomic, non-slip and made from sustainable natural fibre composite material – free from harmful substances and environmentally friendly.
