A baked and about-to-be gloriously boozy Christmas cake needs to be carefully stored, using a Christmassy looking cake tin. Wrap the cake in parchment and foil and trickle a spoonful of brandy over it each week, then clamp the lid tightly shut. Of course, if you’re going to all that trouble to make one Christmas cake, you may as well make three (one for the in-laws, one for a neighbour) – which is where this Holly Set Of 3 Round Cake Tins comes in. Each cake tin, brightly decorated in holly, needs nothing by the way of wrapping except a jolly ribbon and a tag saying “Merry Christmas!”
